The Consortium of CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) has released a notification in which it has asked that all the applicants who have registered for CLAT 2020 to verify their e-mail addresses. The application window of CLAT 2020 is now open until July 1, 2020. Hence, the CLAT Consortium has requested all the registered candidates to verify the email IDs they have entered in the form. This facility is open for students who have already submitted their CLAT 2020 application forms and have paid the application fee as well. These candidates are required to verify their email address prior to the closing of the application window.
The CLAT Consortium uses the registered mobile number and e-mail address of the candidates to send them any information or update regarding the exam. The students are sent all the latest information by the Consortium as and when they are announced. Therefore, it is mandatory for them to provide a valid email address in their application forms which is active at all time. If they fail to do so, they might miss out on important details and information regarding CLAT.

Clicking on the verification option will give the candidate two choices. They can either enter a new email ID or request an OPT (One Time Password) to get their previously entered ID validated. If a candidate chooses the latter option, he/ she will be sent an OPT on the registered email address and after that, he/ she will have to enter that OTP on the portal. Once this is successfully done, the candidate's email will be verified. Stay tuned to CollegeDekho to get more such information about law admissions in India.
