CLAT Counselling 2023: First allotment list to be released on January 18

CLAT 2023 counselling registration is going to conclude today, 12th January, by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). Those who have qualified in the Common Law Admission Test 2023 examination can visit the official website- consortiumofnlus.ac.in and register for online counselling. The counsellng will be conducted in online mode in 5 different rounds. The first allotment list will be published by the authorities on 18th January 2023. Candidates will have the option to freeze or float the options provided to them. In case they decide to take admission to their allotted college, they will need to pay the confirmation fee.

CLAT Counselling 2023: How to Register?

Those who have not yet registered for the CLAT counselling can do so by following these simple steps-

Step 2 The counselling registration link will be provided on the homepage. Navigate there and click on it.
Step 3 A new page will appear where you need to register online by entering several details.
Step 4 Candidates will also need to pay the counselling fee before submitting the form.
Step 5 Download the confirmation page and print it out for future use.

A merit-based preference system will be used to allocate seats in national law universities. During each allotment round, candidates have three options since seats are distributed in five rounds
