CLAT PG Result 2025 : The National Law University, Delhi, conducted the CLAT PG 2025 examination on December 1, 2025. Initially, the results were scheduled to be released on December 10, 2025. However, the announcement is expected to be withheld until the Supreme Court provides its judgment on a petition filed by two students, Anam Khan and Ayush Agarwal.
The petition raises several concerns regarding the examination process. One of the primary issues highlighted is the delayed distribution of question papers. While some students received their question papers on time, others received them later. Anam Khan, one of the petitioners, received her booklet at 1:50 PM, whereas Ayush Agarwal received his at 2:00 PM.
Another significant issue addressed in the petition is the presence of errors in the answer key. The petitioners claim there were mistakes in at least 12 questions asked during the examination. Furthermore, the petition raises concerns about the objection fee, which is Rs 1,000 per question. The petitioners argue that this fee is excessive and unreasonable.
Additionally, the petitioners express concerns about the tight timeline for challenging errors in the answer key. The final answer key is scheduled to be released on December 9, and counselling is set to begin on December 11. The petitioners argue that this narrow window does not provide sufficient time for students to challenge mistakes in the answer key.
In light of these concerns, Anam Khan and Ayush Agarwal have requested the Supreme Court to intervene and ensure that the examination process is fair and transparent. They have asked the court to pause the announcement of the results until the mistakes in the answer key are rectified and students are given sufficient time to challenge errors. The Supreme Court's response to the petition is eagerly awaited.
