Name of Document	Specifications
Photograph	The photograph of the candidate must be scanned. Candidate’s photograph must be recent The file size must be between 10Kb – 200Kb The photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
Signature	The signature must be clear and properly scanned. Sign on blank white paper using blue or black ink. The file size must be between 4kb - 30kb.
PwD certificate (if applicable)	The file size of the certificate should be between 50kb to 300kb).
