Last Sunday i.e. 31st July’ 16 Panjab University announced that there will be an increase in the number of seats for the following courses:
- BBA-Bachelor of Business Administration
- B.Com- Bachelor of Commerce

The seats will only be increased in the colleges which are affiliated by Panjab University. The Dean of CDC - College Development Council has requested all the colleges that come under the university to send the number of seats they currently have and the number of seats they require. And the colleges are requested to send these numbers before 5th August’ 16.
Palvinder Singh who is the Controller of examination said to the reporters that all the details will be made public by 1st August’ 16 for students and parents to see. He also said that the schedule or pattern for both of these courses will be same.
