CSAB 2021: Important Instructions Regarding Category Change

CSAB 2021 application form has been released on November 28, and the candidates who are willing to register can complete the registration process by November 30. CSAB 2021 vacant seat information has already been released, and the candidates can check the institute & course-wise vacant seat list to fill the college options. CSAB has released important instructions regarding category change. Candidates whose category was changed to General in JoSAA counselling 2021 due to the non-submission of a valid category certificate will get an option to change their category in CSAB 2021 special round counselling .

Instructions to Change Category in CSAB 2021 Counselling

Here are the important instructions to change the category in CSAB 2021 counselling -

• The candidate must have a valid Category Certificate
• The candidates need to make the scanned copy of the Category Certificate ready in PDF format
• Further, the candidates are required to write an E-Mail to csabCatChange@mnit.ac.in by 5:00 PM on November 28
• The subject of the E-Mail must be ‘Category Change Request of <Enter JEE Main Application Number>
• The mail content should be ‘Please change my category to <specify category name>
• The authorities will verify the validity of the Category Certificate and then change the candidate’s category
• The candidate will receive a confirmation E-Mail from CSAB after the successful change of category
• Only after receiving the confirmation E-Mail, the candidates will be able to register for CSAB counselling 2021
