The correction window activation time has not been announced by the officials, however, it is expected to begin by evening. Once activated, candidates willing to edit some particulars in their application form for accuracy will be able to do so through their login dashboard. The last date to make changes to the form is December 8, 2023 .
Note : CSIR NET application form correction was supposed to begin on December 2 and conclude on December 4, 2023 , but due to the application form submission's last date being extended by the authorities, the correction dates have also been shifted to the said date.

The link to access CSIR NET application form for correction will be made accessible under ‘Public Notices’ section.
Candidates need to enter their application number, and password and sign in to the portal to access and edit their registration forms.
An OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered phone number, and upon verifying it, will be allowed to edit the forms.
Candidates can make changes to all the fields under ‘Application Form Steps’. However, there are limitations on the subfields that can be edited.
Correction is only allowed once. After submission, it cannot be re-edited.
After making changes to one field, candidates need to enter ‘Security Pin’ mandatorily, to go to the next segment.
The correction facility will only show up for the candidates who have completed the registration process.
Any revised information after the edit will show up on the confirmation page.
Candidates must take a printout of the revised application form for future reference.
What Particulars Can be Edited in CSIR NET Application Form Correction December 2023?
The following particulars can be edited in CSIR NET application form correction December 2023:
Contact Details : In this section, everything except the address field can be edited.
Personal Details : Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Nationality, Category, PwD status, diabetic status, and annual family income can be edited.
Exam and Center Details : All fields including exam city, exam opted for, etc can be edited here.
Qualification Details : All graduation and post-graduation percentages and marks details are editable.
Additional Details : Doctorate, Specialization, and Minority details can be edited.
Document Upload : Photographs and signatures can be edited or re-uploaded.
