Aspirants for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) & Eligibility for Lectureship NET exam should start prepping up as the exam will be conducted in the month of December. NET December 2016 exam will be organised by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).
To apply for the same, candidates will have to register themselves on the official website. The official notification for the exam has been released by CSIR. This exam is conducted twice in a year, and this year, the exam was conducted once in the month of June and now it has been scheduled for December.

CSIR has opened its gates for eligible aspirants to register for the exam through the CSIR UGC NET December Notification 2016.
Candidates can register themselves from 16 th of August to 9 th September.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have M.Sc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/BTech/BPharma/MBBS.
Age criteria:
- The age of the candidate should be no more than 28 years, 5 years relaxation for C/ST/OBC/ Physically handicapped/Visually handicapped and female applicants.
Date of CSIR UGC NET Exam: 18 th December 2016.

- To apply for the same, candidates must download the chalan from the official website. Fill in the required details and submit along with the requisite fee at the bank.
- It is advisable to print out a copy of the online application after submitting the application form.
