CSIR or Council for Scientific and Industrial Research has bugun the online registration or application process for CSIR UGC NET 2017 examination on August 23, 2017. On the other hand, the official date of the examination is not confirmed while CSIR is expecting to conduct the test on December 17, 2017. The purpose of conducting CSIR UGC NET 2017 examination is to select the candidates for Assistant Lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). It will be single day examination with two sessions consisting of questions that are MCQ-based. CSIR UGC NET 2017 will be conducted in the following subjects: -
- Physical Science
- Chemical Science
- Mathematical Science
- Earth Science
- Life Science
Eligibility for CSIR UGC NET 2017: -
- M.Sc or equivalent degree is mandatory for the applicants.
- Candidates with integrated BS-MS, BS (Four Years), BE, B.Tech and B.Pharamcy degree can also apply for CSIR UGC NET 2017.
- Final year M.Sc students can also apply.
