CUCET (CUET) 2022 Application Form Tomorrow: Check latest developments

NEW DELHI: Central Universities Common University Entrance Test (CUCET) application form will be released tomorrow i.e. April 2, 2022. CUET application form will be made available online on the official website of CUET 2022. The National Testing Agency will be releasing the application form of the Common University Entrance Test 2022. All the aspirants of can fill in the application form for CUCET 2022 from tomorrow onwards.

CUCET 2022 Likely to be Conducted Twice

• The Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) is expected to be conducted twice a year from the next academic session.
• Around 8 Deemed Universities are keen to adopt CUET 2022 for their admission process.
• Tata Institute of Social Science University will also adopt CUCET.

List of JMI Courses for Admission through CUCET (CUET) 2022

• Jamia Millia Islamia University is very keen to adopt CUET 2022 for 8 courses of Under graduation.
• The courses are B.A in Sanskrit, B.A in Hindi, B.A in French and Francophone Studies, B.A in Spanish and Latin American Studies, B.A in Economics, B.A in History B.Sc Biotechnology and B.Voc (Solar Energy).
• According to JMI guidelines, B.Tech Aspirants should fill the JEE application as well as the University application too.
• Candidates who want to join BDS courses can also join the university if they are qualified in NEET and have a NEET score.

CUCET 2022 to be Based on Class 12 Syllabus

• CUCET (CUET) 2022 examination will be completely based on the syllabus of Class- XII.
• Mr. Jagadesh Kumar who is the Chairman of the University Grants Commission dismissed the doubt of many aspirants stating that the Class-XI Syllabus will not be included.
• He also stated that CUET 2022 does not give a push to ‘Coaching Culture’

University of Hyderabad (UoH) to Consider CUCET 2022 for UG, PG, and Ph.D. Admission

• The University of Hyderabad is going to consider CUET 2022 scores for UG, PG, and Ph.D. admissions.
• UOH will not conduct any entrance exam for admissions from the academic year 2022-23 onwards.
• To join UoH CUET score is Mandatory.
