Earlier during the second phase of the examination, the National Testing Agency (NTA) was caught in controversy again when it had to postpone the 4th August examination for over at 29 centres and 6th August examination at 53 centres. Thereafter, NTA had taken several measures to avoid such issues, including adding technical manpower, increased server capacities, more mock tests at exam centres, etc.
Despite this, issues persisted for Phase 4. As reported, students who appeared for CUET at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Pitampura, Delhi claim that their test commenced three hours after the given time due to technical issues. Aside from this, students of the same centre claimed that their examination centre was changed to Faridabad at the last minute and they found out the change only after reaching their earlier allotted test centre at Pitampura.
For the majority of the students, as told by M. Jagadesh Kumar, the morning session went without glitches. NTA will soon release a list of affected centres and their exam dates, which will be updated here as well. About 3.75 lakh students will appear for CUET Phase 4 2022 which is to be held on August 17, 18, & 20.
