NTA has shared the updated CUET UG exam schedule after the grievances received by the students. Now the exam will be conducted on Friday, July 19, 2024, across multiple test centres in the country. Due to the revised timeline, it is anticipated that CUET UG result 2024 will be delayed further. Earlier, several candidates complained against the authority for not providing the question paper in the opted regional languages.
The NTA acknowledged these requests and asked the candidates to submit their grievances by June 30 and between July 7 and 9. Now, that CUET UG Re-exam date has been announced it will be conducted according to the needs and requests of the affected candidates. All affected candidates have been informed via their registered email.
CUET UG Result 2024 Likely Delayed
The exams were conducted in online (CBT) mode as per the previous schedule from May 15 to 29, 2024. However, a number of students raised complaints about the proposed anomalies. Now, an unprecedented situation has arisen for the rest of the candidates. The students were anticipating the results to be released by the first week of July. However, the NTA is likely to release the CUET UG result by July 22 for all candidates altogether, as per media reports. This delay in releasing the results will further impact the admission process of all universities and colleges in the country. Some candidates and their parents have also raised concerns about the misconduct of the examination authority and have speculated that the CUET UG re-test might also get compromised. However, the students can only wait for the results and follow the new timetable accordingly.
