North Korea launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) hours before Japan and South Korea leaders set out to meet for talks over landmarks.
- Uranium missing in tonnes from Libya site:
Ten drums containing approximately 2.5 tonnes of natural Uranium go missing from a site in Libya, which was no longer under the control of the Government, says the UN Nuclear watchdog inspector on Wednesday.

Finance Minister Prem Chand Aggarwal, on Wednesday, proposed a budget of INR 77,407 Crore in the Uttarakhand State Assembly. Of this, INR 1,000 Crore has been allocated for relief and rehabilitation in various subsistence-hit areas, including Joshimath and others.
