The Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) has reserved 2 seats for the Urdu-knowing students in its 4 year integrated BA - B.Ed course. The Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) Centre for the Indian Languages head Kafeel Ahmad Naseem said 2 out of the total 50 seats in B.A - B.Ed courses have been reserved for the Urdu- knowing students. Even the candidates, who have failed to qualify the common entrance exam, CUSBET, in the year 2016, would be given admission to the courses, provided they select Urdu as an optional paper.
The Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) public relations officer Md. Mudassir Alam said that the students pursuing the integrated B.A B.Ed programs get the dual degrees of B.A and B.Ed in just 4 years instead of 5 years, if both the courses are pursued separately.
The Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) has already started with the process of the admission of the students to the different UG and PG courses for the next academic session 2016-17. The last date for the online submission of the application forms is April 30, 2016.
The minimum criteria for the admission to the B.A B.Ed course is the intermediate (HSC) exam pass with at least 50% marks for the general & OBC categories & 45% marks for ST and SC category of the students.
