The CSE department of VR Siddhartha Engineering College inaugurated Data Analysis workshop at CSE department on 12-April-2016. The workshop will continue till 16-April-2016. The workshop was inaugurated by the reputed scientist, V.Bhujanga Rao, DRDO. HOD of CSE department V.Srinivasa Rao presented the welcome address. Under this workshop training will be given to the students in data analysis. The training will be given by the eminent professors of JNTU, Kakinada, and other reputed colleges.
Addressing the students Chief guest, Mr.V.Bhujanga Rao said, “There is a lot of demand for Data Analysts in various business organizations but these companies do not have proper data analysis as there are less skilled people in Data analysis. The reason for this is that most of the institutions in Andhra Pradesh do not concentrate on Data Analysis. VR Siddhartha took a good initiative of conducting a workshop on Data Analysis. Most of the business organizations failed in data analysis and unable to estimate profits and losses. Hence, the students could develop proficiency in data analysis”.
On the first day of the workshop, training was given by the JNTU Professor, Dr.JVR Murthy. He said, “Data analysis is a key factor for any business organization to estimate and predict the profits and losses”. He explained about the calculation of data analysis through power point presentation.
The workshop was attended by the faculty of CSE department and students.
