The Supreme Court has deferred the decision regarding the postponement of NEET MDS 2024 examination to the Centre and to take immediate action. Furthermore, they have assured their active participation in the matter to the apex court. The primary concern of MDS aspirants is making over 8000 students ineligible for the exam and questioning their transparency and fairness over the selection criteria. FORDA has urged the GOI to extend the date to allow students more time to prepare.
