Delay in AP EAMCET Counselling 2023 Worry Students: APSCHE yet to give an update

AP EAMCET Counselling 2023: It has been almost one month since the AP EAMCET results 2023 are declared, and the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education is yet to begin the AP EAMCET counselling process for the academic session 2023-24. The unusual delay in conducting the counselling has been worrying students and parents as the first-year classes for B.Tech students are again going to delay till August. While the intention of APSCHE is to get to academic session timelines on track as per pre-pandemic timelines, the unexpected delay in counselling is again going to delay the usual academic timelines.

Apart from AP EAMCET counselling , AP POLYCET and AP OAMDC counselling have also been delayed. The reason for the delay in these counsellings is the fee structure issue for the academic session 2023-24. The Government of Andhra Pradesh is yet to decide on the fee structure for various UG courses like B.Tech, Polytechnic, Degree, B.Ed and Law. Once the fee structure is confirmed, the counselling dates will be announced.

On the other hand, Telangana has already initiated the TS EAMCET counselling 2023 , and the first phase of seat allotment will be released on July 16. JoSAA Round 3 also concludes on July 12. B.Tech counsellings have also started in states like Maharashtra , Odisha and Jharkhand .

In all probability, AP Government might decide on the fee structure and initiate the AP EAMCET counselling 2023 by this week. An official notification on the fee structure shall be released soon followed by the announcement of AP EAMCET counselling dates 2023.
