While filling out the online application form, applicants must keep the following instructions in mind:

• Only Class 10 Certificate or equivalent shall be accepted as birth proof of the candidate.

• The ST/SC/OBC/Ex-Servicemen/PWD Certificate submitted by reserved category candidates must be uploaded in the prescribed format only.

• Proof of category, age, qualification etc. must be submitted along with the application form for claiming reservation benefits.
