The annual convocation ceremony of the Delhi School of Communication was held in a delightful manner. The graduating students of PGDPC XXI batch were conferred degrees on this occasion. The event was held at Alliance Franchise de Delhi and the chief guest for the occasion was Ms. Prema Sagar, Vice-Chairman, and Founder of Genesis Burson – Marsteller. She conferred degrees to graduating students along with Dean of Delhi School of Communication, Prof. Ramola Kumar. Mr. Jayanto Bannerjee, National Head of Strategic Planning, Hakuhodo India was the guest of honour. Co-Founder of Authors Up Front, Mr. Manish Purohit, also attended the convocation ceremony.
Mr. Manish Purohit expressed his satisfaction as he played a key role in helping the students to step into a new chapter of their lives. He presented Apex Awards to PGDPC XXI batch students. The bronze medal was awarded to Ms. Sumati Mehrotra while the silver medal was bagged by Ms. Parul Pathak. She also received the prestigious Surojit Lahiri Award for Holistic Excellence. The gold medal was awarded to Ms. Aanchal Kapoor.
The PGDPC XII batch placement this year had been a remarkable one with many students bagging jobs with attractive packages. The institute has been successful in placing the students in various fields of communication that include digital communication, creative direction, account planning, media planning, public relations, and client servicing.

Congratulating the outgoing students, Dean of Delhi School of Communication, Prof. Ramola Kumar mentioned that the students have been exceptional representatives of the institutions. She further advised the students to use their skills, talent, morals, ethics and techniques in the right way in their professional lives.
Delhi School of Communication is a 21-year old institute. It offers Post Graduate Diploma in Communication program while laying emphasis on both theoretical and practical approach to learning. DSC teaches the significance of Integrated Marketing Communication in the line of media to its students. The institute also offers Masters in Business Administration and Mass Communication in collaboration with Subharti University.
With an objective to offer certified courses, Delhi School of Communication collaborated with Media and Entertainment Skills Council in 2016.
