Delhi University has received more than 3,000 registrations from foreign applicants for the academic year 2018-19. The data regarding the country-wise number of applications was released by the Foreign Students’ Registry (FSR).
The applications have been initiated for the different courses of Delhi University. The highest number of applications have been received from students belonging to Nepal and Tibet, a trend which is similar to last year.
According to the data, 1,300 applicants out of the total have been forwarded by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). Apart from that, 1,704 self-sponsored applicants have also registered. Check complete statistics below:

Courses like B.Com (Hons.), B.Com (Reg) and B.A. English (Hons.) were among the most sought-after courses in DU last year, with the admission of 69, 61 and 36 foreign applicants respectively. Colleges like SRCC , Indraprastha College for Women , Ramjas College , Kirori Mal College , Hansraj College , Daulat Ram College and Miranda House , were recognized as popular DU colleges for foreign students last year.
