The varsity has decided to rollback the decision of holding online entrance examination for these courses. Earlier, the Standing Committee on Admissions had given the nod for conducting online and offline examinations for various PG programmes, Ph.D. and M.Phil courses. The Standing Committee took this decision on May 19, 2017. However, the decision of the varsity to hold online entrance examination received a negative response from the students’ union ABVP. The union claimed that rural students might suffer if the varsity conducts online entrance examination.
