Department of Higher Education – Assam has commenced the registration process through which students can generate ‘Unique ID’ for online admission in degree courses in various colleges and state universities across the state. Students who wish to get admission in Degree courses in colleges and state universities that fall under DHE Assam will have to generate the Unique ID through the direct link mentioned on this page. The Unique ID is mandatory to get admission in degree courses in Assam. The candidates must note that they can only generate the Unique ID through the link below, and he/ she will have to fill a separate application form for admission through the official website of the college.
How to Generate Unique ID for Online Degree Admission in Assam?

Step 2 | Click on ‘Go for Registration’, and the registration form will be displayed on the page. |
Step 3 | Enter the Personal Information such as First name, Middle Name, Last Name, Father’s Name, Gender, Domicile etc. |
Step 4 | Fill the Education & Course Details |
Step 5 | Enter the Bank Account Number and IFSC Code and click on ‘Submit’ |
Step 6 | You will receive an SMS on your mobile, which will have Unique ID |
Where Can I Use Unique ID?
Students will have to use the Unique ID at the time of admission in various government or provincialized colleges and state universities. Each student can generate only one Unique ID. Candidates who filled the wrong details while filling the registration form will have to modify the details through the official link mentioned above.
