  • Internship Completion Certificate: Proof of completion of a one-year mandatory internship on or before the specified cut-off date.

  • Medical Registration Certificate: Issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the respective State Medical Council.

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable): For candidates applying under reserved categories.

  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: For candidates from OBC categories.

  • EWS Certificate (if applicable): For candidates claiming reservation under the Economically Weaker Section.

  • Domicile Certificate: Proof of domicile in Maharashtra.

  • Transfer Certificate (TC): Issued by the previous institution attended.
