Candidates who have been listed in the first seat allotment shall download their Seat Allotment Letter online and report to the allotted institute before August 5, 2023, 5 PM. While reporting candidates shall carry their documents for the verification process, and pay the tuition fee at the institute as applicable to confirm the seats before the last date. DTE MP Polytechnic Diploma (PPT) First Seat Allotment 2023: Reporting Process
Since DTE MP Polytechnic Diploma (PPT) First Seat Allotment 2023 is announced online, candidates shall follow these instructions to complete the reporting process successfully:- Firstly, candidates may check the seat allotment online. If they are satisfied, they shall accept the seats and download the Seat Allotment Letter online.
- Carry the seat allotment letter, documents, and tuition fee of the institute while reporting to the allotted institute in person. It is mandatory for each candidate to be present in person at the allotted institute for the document verification process and admission before the last date.
- If candidates fail to report to the allotted institute before the deadline, or do not complete the fee payment, the seat shall be considered vacant. Also, without the seat allotment letter, the candidates will not be entertained at the allotted institute at any cost.
- In case of any queries, or errors in the Seat Allotment Letter, candidates shall immediately contact the DTE MP for resolutions and not the allotted institute.
