According to the sources, DU Admissions 2021 will begin from mid-July and there may be a change in the admission process for UG courses. Unlike previous years, DU may conduct Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) to admit students to the UG courses. The change in the DU Admission Process for the 2021 academic year is likely to place as the class 12 board exams have been cancelled due to the second wave of COVID.
Delhi University Vice-Chancellor PC Joshi informed that the university will make changes to its admission process to the extraordinary situation without compromising on merit, and added that the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) can be a good method for admitting students. Education Ministry is yet to give a final decision on the CUCET for DU Admissions 2021.
