The centralized registration form of Delhi University went online on May 22, 2017. It has been 8 days since then, but not even a single form has been filled online. The reason behind it is the non-functionality of various tabs. It has been reported that out of the nine tabs present on the online portal, three of them are not functional which includes the most crucial academic tab also.
Officials of Delhi University said that few tabs have been deliberately disabled as the decision on moderation was pending.
However, on Tuesday, 30th May, students complained that they were still facing problems with filling their class 12th results.

Moreover, the application process for some colleges like St. Stephen's and Jesus & Mary College have come to a hold because these colleges require the registration number of students generated after the centralized form is completed.
According to DU officials, the committee is taking time to start the academic tabs because they wish to provide fair treatment to all boards as a result of moderation decision.

Admission forms of Delhi University have been made available online since 2012. However, for the first time students are facing difficulty in uploading their academic details in the middle of admission seeking process. This inability has put a great amount of stress on the officials who are answering questions as well as on those volunteers who have been deployed on the campuses. Even the volunteers are helpless as they are not able to answer the students about technical issues with certainty.
