The University of Delhi will hold the entrance exam for B.EI.Ed (Bachelor’s in Elementary Education) on July 19, 2018. DU offers 405 seats in B.El.Ed course for the academic session 2018-19. Only women candidates are eligible for the admission to B.El.Ed course and it is available in eight colleges affiliated to Delhi University.
DU B.El.Ed Entrance Test 2018 will take place from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on the date mentioned above in 18 test centres across the country.
DU B.El.Ed Entrance Test Pattern 2018: -
- The entrance test will have questions from Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Hindi and English up to Class 10 level.
- All the questions in the entrance test are MCQ-based (Multiple Choice Questions) .
- The varsity will conduct entrance test in two languages, i.e., English and Hindi.
- DU B.El.Ed Entrance Test 2018 will have 100 questions.
- For each correct answer, the varsity awards four marks, while it will deduct one mark for every wrong answer.
- The entrance test will not have any descriptive questions.

B.El.Ed is a four-year integrated course offered by the University of Delhi. The syllabus of the course includes theory courses in education, practical courses like material development, classroom management and school contact programme and theory courses in subject disciplines. After announcing the results of DU B.El.Ed Entrance Test 2018, the varsity will begin the admission process. Performance of the candidates in the entrance test and best of four score percentage in Class 12 are considered for the final admission.
