In a move to ensure that budding entrepreneurs, mentors, venture capitalists, angel investors, successful entrepreneurs and students can come together on one platform so that they can exchange ideas, IIT Delhi will host its next E-Summit – the festival of entrepreneurs from 3rd March to 5th March, 2017.
Speakers and entrepreneurs from different parts of the world will interact with the budding entrepreneurs. Students will be able to seek valued opinions and clear their doubts, which is expected to be the main highlight of this year's event.

Several prominent speakers who are expected to deliver their valued speech at the gathering include:
- Sonam Wangchuk, Founding Director of the Students’ Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh
- Shiv Khera, Founder of Droom
- Ajit Balakrishnan, CEO of Rediff
- Sandeep Aggarwal, Founder of Shopclues
They will deliver their speech on various topics and issues relating to entrepreneurship. They will also provide a holistic experience of their life and struggle to the participants. Besides that, there will be several other events to reinforce the spirit of entrepreneurship.
In the event named V-C Lounge, startup owners will get an opportunity to meet investors, present their ideas to the investors and find mentorship. The start-up expo will serve as the apt platform for the potential customers and investors.
There will also be a job and internship fair, which will be open for the IIT Delhi students.

In 2016, the e-summit was held from 11-13 March. The prominent speakers included - Rohit Bansal (Snapdeal), Sachin Bansal (Flipkart), Thuan Pham (Uber, CTO), Deep Kalra (MakeMyTrip), Ritesh Agrawal (Oyo Rooms), Kunal Shah (Freecharge), Sabina Chopra (Yatra), Jayant Sinha (Minister of State, Finance), Mr. Amitab Kant (Niti Aayog) and Kiran Bedi to name a few.
