Eligibility for GAIL Recruitment through GATE 2023: GAIL India Limited has prescribed the GAIL Recruitment through GATE 2023 eligibility criteria on its official website. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for executive trainees for Electrical, CSE, and Civil engineering disciplines. The application form will be available from February 14 to March 15, 2023. Test takers not meeting the eligibility requirements can not apply for the prescribed post.

Nationality	Only Indian nationals can register.
Qualifying Exam	Aspirants must possess a full-time B.Tech/ BE/BSc Engg or equivalent degree from a UGC/AICTE/recognized institution. Students must pertain complete full-time courses from Class 10th to graduation or Post graduation Aspirants having 5 years B.E / B. Tech. + M.E / M. Tech. integrated dual degree in a relevant discipline in engineering are eligible to apply.
Year of Passing	Students passing in 2022 or earlier cannot apply.
Minimum Pass Percentage	General/OBC (NCL) category: Students must have a minimum of 65% aggregate in the qualifying exam. SC/ST/PwD category: Students must have a minimum of 60% aggregate in the qualifying exam.
Final year students	General & OBC-NCL category: Candidates must have attained a minimum 65% aggregate. SC/ST/PWD category: Candidates must have attained a minimum of 60% aggregate. However, candidates in the final year are required to submit their final mark sheet tentatively by 31st August 2023.
Age Limit (as on March 16, 2023)	General Category: Upper age limit is 26 years SC/ST: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years OBC-NCL: Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)- Upper Age limit is relaxable by 10 years Students domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from January 1, 1980 to December 31, 1989 will get relaxation for up to 5 years. Ex-servicemen: The relaxation will be as per guidelines.
No Objection Certificate (NOC)	Aspirants who are employed in Government/ Central / State Government Departments / Semi-Government/ PSUs must produce ‘NOC’ from their employer during Interview.

Executive Trainee (GAILTEL TC/TM)	Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Electronics & Telecommunication / Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Telecommunication with a minimum 65% aggregate.
Executive Trainee (BIS)	Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology with a minimum 65% aggregate OR Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 60% aggregate and 03 years Master's Degree in Computer Application (MCA) with a minimum 65 % aggregate.
