The Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow , organised a four-day-long Management Development Programme titled ‘Train the Trainers for Banks,’ which concluded here on April 22.
'Train the Trainers for Banks' programme was designed specifically for the trainers, faculty and instructors, working in knowledge centres, Staff Colleges of Public Sector Banks or Regional Rural Banks. Some of the stated objectives of the four-day-long programme were:
- Understanding the role of the trainers under current banking challenges.
- Understanding the essentials of effective training.
- Training needing analysis and developing a training plan.
- Measuring training’s effectiveness and developing a feedback system.

The programme was attended by the Jaipuria Lucknow Managment students.
