Event Updates The 52nd Annual Conference of Indian Econometric Society to be Hosted by IIM Kozhikode   

The 52nd Annual Conference of The Indian Econometric Society (i.e. TIES) will be hosted by Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) from January 4-6.

This annual academic event assembles econometricians and economists where they share the research findings. The Conference will be presided over by Professor Pami Dua, Director, Delhi School of Economics.

There are some prominent speakers at this event such as professor Subhash Ray, University of Connecticut, USA, professor B. B. Bhattacharya, former Vice-Chancellor of JNU, as also Rana Kapoor, Chairman of Yes Bank.

Further, there will be about 300 academicians and research scholars who will be presenting their respective papers at such a prestigious platform. TIES is one among the largest as well as the oldest bodies related to economists and econometricians comprising of an excess of 2000 members. These belong to various parts of India and work for developing the methodology of econometrics and their applications.
