2. The fee for Academic Session 2016-17 of MBA Program has to be fixed by Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC), Government of M.P. In case Government changes the Fee Structure, it will be immediately be effective to all students admitted in 2016-17 session.
3. Fee can be paid in Cash or DD. The DD is to be made in favour of ''Pioneer Institute of Professional Studies'' Payable at Indore.
4. Brochure cost: Cash Rs.500/- and for DD Rs.550/-
5. Book Bank Rs.1,500/-
6. Placement charges Rs. 500/- applicable for MBA (FT) II Year.
7. Uniform is compulsory as per Institute Specification. Uniform can be taken from any vendor, but it has to match the specifications (i.e. type and colour).
8. The fee structure of MBA Full time programs is determined by Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC), Government of Madhya Pradesh. If there is any delay in passing of order for fixation of fee by AFRC for any particular Academic Year, the fee so fixed and applicable will be payable by the student.
9. Examination fee will be payable as per the Institute Rules and Regulations. Institute reserves all rights to revise examination fee and other fee related to examination time to time.
10. NSS Fee will be Rs. 120/- per year. (Excluding PGDM)
11. Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

Fee for Hostel Facilities for Academic Session 2015-16 and 2016-17
1. Hostel facility available for Boys and Girls Separately.
2. Hostel for Boys is at Walking distance from the campus.
3. Hostel fee for Girls is Rs. 60,000/- Per academic Year (Including Mess Facility) For Air Cooled Facility.
4. Hostel fee for Girls is Rs. 54,000/- Per academic Year (Including Mess Facility) For Non Air Cooled Facility.
5. Girls hostel is within the campus and is available under both centralized Air Cooled and Non Air Cooled options.
6. The hostel facility is available academic year wise.
7. Student has to comply with the rules and regulations of hostel such as timing, code of conduct, etc. Failing to comply will result in expulsion from Hostel.
8. Ragging is a criminal offence. If any student violates any rules of hostel or gets involved or promotes ragging, he / she will be expelled from the college and strict administrative action will be taken as per the UGC Guidelines.
9. Refundable Hostel caution money of Rs. 2,000/- will be payable at the time of admission.
10. Hostel Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
Important Instructions
1. Ragging is a criminal offence and the student is strictly warned not to involve in any sort of such activities otherwise he/she would be terminated from the institute.
2. The students have to accept the changes in the nomenclature of the degree even if effected by any of the authorities after date of admission and will not claim refund of fee on this ground from the institute / college. The college / Institute will not be held responsible for any changes in the nomenclature of the degree.
3. The students are required to abide by the rules and discipline of the Institute, DTE, Bhopal, Govt of M.P., AICTE, Commissioner, Higher Education, MP, Bhopal and the University and the provisions of University Act, Statue, Ordinance and Regulations as in force from time to time and subsequent charges/modifications/amendments thereof.
4. Students are also required to abide by the various rules and regulations framed by Institute Board of Studies, Academic Council, Governing Body as amended time to time.
5. Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
6. Admission in the Institute is not given on the basis of scholarship. The State Government has complete authority and control in granting / sanctioning / approving scholarship of SC/ST/OBC students. Institute has no liability / responsibility of any sort in any matter related to scholarship. Grant / refusal of scholarship is done by State Government based on their rules and regulations.
7. Regular attendance in the classroom must be insured by the students as per the University Norms / Institute Rules. In case candidate does not meet attendance criterion, scholarship will not be sanctioned / disbursed by the State Government. Further, Institute will not permit the candidate in examination. In such situations complete liability and responsibility will be of the student.
