The placement season at SRCC (Shri Ram College of Commerce) this year has turned out to be successful, as over 90 opportunities have been rolled out to the students so far. Five students among 90 have secured jobs in Boston Consulting Group with an annual package of Rs. 20 lakh. The SRCC placement season began in August 2017, and it has been going on well so far. Compared to the previous placement season, SRCC has witnessed an increase in the average number of offers.

Apart from Boston Consulting Group, reputed companies like Deutsche Bank, A.T. Kearney and M.C. Kinsey & Co also took part in the placements. On the other hand, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG and EY are the four big companies, which are regular recruiters at SRCC. These companies made offers to a maximum number of students. These companies offered roles in management consulting, deal advisory and risk consulting.

Professor Smitha Sharma – Convenor of Placement Cell at SRCC mentioned that they have been working consistently to connect the job seekers with company stalwarts. These companies recruit students with exceptional subject knowledge as well as expertise. The placement well will invite more companies and improve the placement percentage by the end of the current academic session.
Premier management or B-Schools across the country played a vital role in offering internship opportunities to students during the summer placements. These institutes invite various companies so that they could offer internship opportunities to the students with an attractive stipend.
