The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi , has completed its placement drive with cent percent placements. The recruitment process for 2022 has recorded 100% placements. The 2022 batch had a total of 269 candidates, out of which 257 candidates sat for the placements and were offered high salary packages. During FMS Delhi Placement of 2022, the highest offered CTC (Cost to the Company) was INR 32.4 LPA.
Further, 12 candidates of FMS Delhi were also offered a “Placement Holiday”. It allowed the candidates to pursue an entrepreneurial experience. These candidates can return for placements within 2 years. They will then have the opportunity to be a part of the placement as said by the institute.

FMS Delhi has noticed a remarkable rise in the offered CTC by 24%. The average CTC offered was INR 32.4 LPA. Also, the average CTC in the median offered was INR 30 LPA which is 25% higher in comparison to the past years. The top quartile was offered an average CTC of INR 48.4 LPA. Also, among the domestic placements, the highest offered CTC was INR 58 LPA. In the 2022 FMS Final Placement, 95% of the candidates were offered CTC above INR 20 LPA.
In comparison to past years, the FMS Delhi Placements also saw a rise in the offers from the Banking, Financial, and Insurance sectors by 24%. The Placement drive also observed the participation of some new recruiters. These new recruiters were L’Oreal, Aon, Bharti Enterprises, Deloitte India & USI, IIFL, KPMG, Ola, Swiggy, Adani, Avendus Capital, Crisil, FinIQ, IQVIA, Nomura, PhonePe, Extramarks, Jio Platforms, Nykaa, PwC India, and SDC.

Other leading companies that participated in the FMS Delhi Final Placements to recruit the candidates were Adobe, Citibank, Paytm, Amazon, Accenture Strategy, Bain & Co., Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Standard Chartered, Media.net, ITC Limited, Boston Consulting Group, and Kearney.
During the 2022 FMS Placements, about 16% of the candidates were offered jobs in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, 20% were offered in the sales and marketing sectors for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. And about 29% of candidates were offered in the IT, e-commerce, and operations department for leading companies and platforms. The rest 35% of the candidates were placed in the Consulting Strategy and General Management sectors.
