With an objective to relieve the students from exam anxiety and stress, Fortis Healthcare has launched a helpline for students and parents. The helpline will boost the students' confidence to prepare for examinations without taking much stress.
The helpline number is 8376804102. Students and parents can call the helpline number between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A bunch of psychologists and experts will help the students and parents in sorting out exam stress. Exam tips will also be given to the students. The helpline number will work on all the days of a week. A counselor will get in touch and answer the queries raised by students and parents.

One of the officials of Fortis Healthcare advised that the students need to prepare a schedule and a study timetable, and it must be organized and followed strictly. He further added that February and March are the peak months for preparation, and students often feel pressure at this time. On the other hand, students need to take a break while studying, otherwise, it can lead to tiredness. Therefore, they need to give some rest to the mind.

He further explained that the students could do meditation, play games, go for a walk and listen to music to relieve stress and make the mind peaceful. Meditation increases memory and concentration power. One of the reputed psychiatrists said that memory pills do not work, and the students should make a revision schedule to memorize a topic.
