Instructions to Follow after Maharashtra B.Sc Agriculture Seat Allotment 2023

Candidates can refer to the following instructions and make the decision wisely after the seat allotment result:

Freeze: If the candidates get a seat as per their preferences after CAP Round 1 seat allotment, and they do not want to appear further in the subsequent rounds of counselling, then they should choose this option. Hence, these candidates will not be considered for the subsequent rounds of admission

Float: Candidates should choose this option if they will get a higher preference program in any institution, and then they will accept the same in the future. Otherwise, they can continue with the currently accepted academic program. These candidates will be considered for the second round of admission. Note, that the float option will not be available for the seats available in Round 3. This means that the float option is available for those candidates who have been allotted a seat in round 1, however, they are not satisfied with the allotment. The candidates who will choose the float option should remember that if the candidates will secure a higher preference seat in the subsequent round, then the seat accepted by them in the earlier round will be automatically forfeited
