The Commerce and Management Department of Acharya Nagarjuna University organized a guest lecture on ‘Big Data Analytics’ on 29-May-2016. The department has been organizing ‘Big Data Analytics Workshop’ from the past one week. On this occasion the department has organized the guest lecture. The guest lecture was delivered by Acharya Sharma, Vice Chancellor of Jammu University.
Addressing the gathering he said, “There is a lot of demand for Data Analysis in various reputed business organizations. The data analysis plays an important role in predicting the profits and losses of a business organization and helps the organization to work effectively and efficiently. The data analysis is not only playing an important role in business organizations but also in various sectors. The students must be trained in data analysis which will enhance their career in data analysis. The data analysis will have a lot of scope in the coming years. So the students must be trained in data analysis for the growth of career”.
The guest lecture was attended by Acharya Sindhia of Bangalore University, resource persons from various Universities, eminent scholars, Dr. Siva Ram Prasad, coordinator of workshop, faculty and students of Commerce and Management Department.
