The High Court has directed the governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to hold medical counselling from 23-July-2016 . The divisional bench of Hyderabad has given the response to the petition filed by Apoorva.
According to the petition filed by Apoorva, the seats were not getting filled up due to the admission process followed by the Universities like Dr NR University of Health Sciences and Dr Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences . These two Universities conduct counselling for the medicine courses.
The medicine counselling in Andhra Pradesh has been commenced on 13-July-2016 and on the first day around 1,000 students got their certificates verified. Now the court has ordered to hold counselling from 23-July-2016.
