The students at B.N College , Patna University boycotted the L.L.B 1st year exam after the invigilators didn’t let them use unfair means to write the exam.
The premises of B.N College Patna witnessed hooliganism on its campus on Monday, i.e. is 29th February 2016 in the absence of the principal. The students resorted to tearing answer notebooks and walked out of the campus upon not getting their way in the examination
The students wanted to copy and cheat in the examination and upon restraining from the college administration, the students misbehaved with the invigilator.
In the absence of the principal, the centre in charge Dr Pashupati Nath called the VC at around 3 pm, informing him about the events. The VC reached the college immediately. Upon seeing the Vice Chancellor Mr. Y.C Simhadri, students went out of control and gathered around his vehicle raising slogans against the VC and the college administration.
Later in the day Pro VC, Examination controller and the principal of Patna Law College reached B.N College after getting notified from the VC about the incidents.
The exam on Monday was being taken after the exam on 11th February got cancelled due to the complains of using unfair means by the student. The chancellor has directed the suspension of all the students in the wake of the events.
