Marks Required for First Division in MP Board 12th Result 2023: Securing first division in MP Board 12th Exams 2023 requires students to score above a prescribed number of marks. The MP Board 12th result 2023 will be released on May 25, 2023, by the MP Board on the official website to be downloaded by students. The result acts as a provisional mark sheet for students. Students are also free to check their results through the means of SMS by sending a text in the format MPBSE12<space>Roll number to 56263. The information about the division that is secured by the student will be displayed in the result published by the authorities. In order to pass the MP Board 12th exams 2023, students are required to score a minimum of 30% marks in all subjects. The aggregate total must also come to 30% for the students to pass the board exam.

Three division ranks are applicable in the division system of grading. The division ranks are first division, second division, and third division. However, there is also an exceptional rank which is called distinction division. Students who score extremely good marks will be eligible for a distinction division.

When the students are scoring more than 375 marks in total then they will be eligible for a distinction division.
