As per the HPPSC Conductor Recruitment 2023 notification, the conducting body will shortlist 360 candidates who prove their efficiency in the objective type examination (written) and meet all the criteria in the document verification round. The 360 candidates will be shortlisted based on the category they belong to.
HPPSC Conductor Recruitment 2023: Salary
Those candidates who pass the educational qualification, and age eligibility requirement, and perform brilliantly in the written examination will get appointed as the conductor role on a contract basis and get a salary ranging between Rs.20200-64000 for Level 3.

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to get shortlisted under HPPSC Conductor Recruitment 2023 drive:
Applicants must pass their Intermediate or Class 12 boards.
Applicants must pass their Intermediate or Class 12 boards from a recognized University or the Board of School Education.
The candidate must have a valid conductor license.
