ICSE Class 10 History and Civics Chapter-Wise Weightage 2024: As per the question paper pattern of ICSE history and civics, the 80 marks of the paper are divided into 50 marks for history and 30 marks for civics. The chapter-wise weightage distribution for all three units in history and one unit in civics is detailed in the tables below. Additionally, the section-wise weightage distribution between history and civics is given here:

Section A (MCQs + Objective):

  • History: 18 marks
  • Civics: 12 marks

Section B (Subjective):

  • History: 30 marks
  • Civics: 20 marks
