Unit 1: Commercial Mathematics

  • Goods and Services Tax - 3 to 5 marks
  • Banking - 3 to 5 marks

Unit 2: Algebra

  • Ratio and Proportion - 6 to 9 marks
  • Matrices - 3 to 5 marks
  • Quadratic Equations - 3 to 5 marks
  • Factorization of Polynomials - 3 to 5 marks
  • Reflection - 3 to 5 marks

Unit 3: Geometry

  • Circles and Tangents - 10 to 13 marks

Unit 4: Trigonometry

  • Heights and Distances - 5 to 7 marks

As per the weightage, Circles and Tangents have the highest marks weightage, followed by Graphical Representation of Data, and Mensuration in the second position with the same weightage. The third position is that of Ratio and Proportion. Next is Heights and Distances from Unit 4: Trigonometry, and the remaining have a marks weightage of 3 to 5 marks. In Unit 1, both the topics are of equal and high weightage i.e., 3 to 5 marks.
