Institute of Company Secretaries of India will be releasing the ICSI CS executive result on 25th August 2022. The ICSI CS executive 2022 qualifying marks or passing criteria is dependent on the percentage candidates score in the different parts of the enrolled module. To pass in ICSI CS Executive 2022 exam, candidates need to obtain a minimum of 50% aggregate in all the papers put together or a minimum of 40% in all the papers in the enrolled module. A candidate will be considered to pass both the models of the ICSI CS Executive 2022 exam only if:
The candidate secures a minimum of 40% marks in all the paper in which he/she need to appear and 50% marks as an aggregate of all the paper (if taken simultaneously)
OR
The candidate has successfully cleared any of the one modules of the Executive Programme examination that was held under the old syllabus before the commencement of the Executive Programme examination under the current syllabus and secured 40% in all the paper where he/she need to appear and 50% in all the remaining paper fo the Executive Programme examination
One Module
A candidate will be considered to pass one module of the Executive Programme examination if he/ she successfully gets a minimum of 40% in each paper in one sitting and 50% as an aggregate in all the papers of the module.
But here is the take, candidate who appeared for all the modules and secured 60% or more marks in the enrolled papers and a minimum of 25% in other papers of the module but has failed in the moduled he/she enrolled for then the candidate will be exempted from attempting papers in which he/she secured 60% or more marks. However, candidates who still wish to appear for the paper may seek cancellation during the submission of the application.
Further, If the candidate has appeared in all the papers of the enrolled module without obtaining any exemption and obtained 60% or more marks in all the papers but failed in one paper of the module will be considered a pass if he/she re-appear for the failed subject and obtain 50% marks.
