ICSI CS Professional 2022 Qualifying Marks: Know Passing Criteria

The ICSI CS 2022 professional result will be declared today, 25th August, by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and the details regarding the qualifying marks are available here. In order to qualify for the CS Professional exam 2022, candidates must pass both modules with a minimum passing score. Qualified candidates will be eligible to practice as a Company Secretary.

ICSI CS Professional 2022 Qualifying Marks

The qualifying marks for ICSI CS professional 2022 is given below-

For One Module

• In order to pass a module of the Professional Programme examination, a candidate must attain at least 40% marks in each paper during one sitting.
• The overall aggregate pass mark is 50%

When a candidate appears in all the papers of a module for which he/she has been enrolled and receives at least sixty percent marks in one paper and at least twenty-five percent marks in each of the remaining papers, but fails the module, the candidate will be exempted from that or those papers in any subsequent examination where he/she scores sixty percent or more. On the other hand, students who are not interested in taking advantage of the exemption may apply to have it cancelled on or before the last date of enrolment for the examination.

For All Modules

• Taking all papers at once, and securing a minimum of forty per cent marks in each of them, and fifty per cent marks in the aggregate of all their papers, in one sitting. OR
• As long as he/she has passed any one or more modules of the old syllabus Professional Programme examination before the commencement of the new syllabus Professional Programme examination, and is able to secure at a minimum of forty per cent in each of the remaining papers and fifty per cent in the aggregate of all such remaining papers.
