The instructions to register online for IGNOU 2023 has been given below-- Visit the official website and click on the "New Registration" button that appears in the login area.
- Enter necessary details like a valid email ID and phone number and click on "Register".
- Once registered, a login ID will be created which should be used to log in.
- Fill out the application form after logging in.
- Personal and educational details along with scanning and uploading certain documents must be done online.
- The last step is to pay the application fee through a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
