This year, the prestigious Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has opted to admit students to the Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) program without holding an entrance exam.
Candidates who are interested in IGNOU MBA Admission 2021 should be aware that anyone who meets the minimum requirements can enrol for the degree and commence their session from July 2021.
Well, you must also know that November 12 is the last day to apply for the MBA program at IGNOU. The All India Council for Technical Education has already approved the MBA program of IGNOU. It takes two years to complete, similar to any MBA program.

SK Tripathy, the regional director of IGNOU told the Times Of India that the IGNOU MBA program is established by recognized management experts who have taken into account the latest business requirements and practices while conducting lectures. He went on to say that IGNOU is delivering a modern program that is suitable for both new graduates and working professionals.
IGNOU has been previously conducting entrance exams for admission to the course after screening suitable candidates. This year, however, the famed open university has opted not to conduct any entrance exam. While the university has not given an explanation for the decision, reports imply that it was made in light of the COVID scenario.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree having at least three years of duration. They should have scored at least 50% (the cut-off is 45% for candidates from reserved categories). They can easily apply for the program by going to the university's official website.
