The steps to register for IGNOU July 2023 session are as follows:
Step 1 : Go to IGNOU re-registration official website @ignou.samarth.edu.in.
Step 2 : Enter your username and password to log in to the portal.
Step 3 : Choose the course from the options provided that you want to re-register.
Step 4 : Go to the payment section to go to the course fees.
Step 5 : Print the payment receipt for future reference.
