Popular jewellery design and gemmology institute, IIGJ Mumbai, which is an initiative of Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council of India (GJEPC), is all set to provide comprehensive and intensive training with the help of trained faculty and audio-visual techniques through its new offerings.
This academic session, Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ) will be offering one-year Post Diploma course in Jewellery Designing, Manufacturing Techniques & Management. Interested applicants, also have the option to pursue a three-year Graduate Program and Professional Certificate Course in the same.
The one-year Post Diploma course in Jewellery Management equips the student with hands-on training experience in almost all aspects of jewellery know-how right from concept building, gemology, diamond grading, jewellery manufacturing, CAD/CAM, merchandising, and product development, sales & marketing etc.
Candidates with a minimum qualification of SSC or above or equivalent are eligible to apply.

Mr. Praveenshankar Pandya, Chairman of GJEPC highlighted Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi’s vision which is aimed at making India one of the world's most popular global diamond and jewellery hub by the year 2022. He further added that IIGJ will bring about significant changes and will play a strategic role in nurturing the future of the gems and jewellery sector of the country.
