IIIT Hyderabad Students Get Job Offers from Global Firms

Graduating B.Tech students of International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H) have bagged great job offers not only from national but from leading international companies as well.

Many students of IIIT-H have got job offers from Google, Bloomberg, Booking dot com, Goldman Sachs, Facebook and others. Pravalikka Etoori, one of the students from IIIT-H pursuing B.Tech degree in Computer Science and MS in Computational Linguistics programme has got an offer from Goldman Sachs. She said that the job role was offered to her and the brand value of Goldman Sachs made her choose the same.

Another student, namely, Ayush Mishra has also bagged a similar offer from Google’s London office. He had interned with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Roopal Nahar, another student of IIIT-Hyderabad (B.Tech and MS in Robotics) has a job offer from Booking dot com.

In other similar cases from the institute, Vatika Harlalka has got through a job opportunity at the Facebook portal. She has been offered the role of a software developer. She pursued her dual degree in B.Tech in Computer Science and MS by Research in Computational Natural Sciences.

According to her, being involved in extracurricular activities at college level helped her resume Vatika was the coordinator of Literary Club and Lit Fest of IIIT- Hyderabad.
